What is TodayPay?

TodayPay gives you cash when you want it. If unexpected bills or accidents show up in your life, TodayPay is here to help. You can request $100, $150 or $200 and have the funds available in your bank account within minutes.

What is Cash Boost?

It’s our system! When you need cash press the button with the desired amount and we will Boost it straight into your bank account!

How much does it cost?

For a small fee of $2.50 per $50 withdrawn, TodayPay’s system and management provides you with instant cash whenever or wherever you may be. No Penalties, No interest!

Am I Eligible?

To receive a Cash Boost you must be at least 18 years old, have an Australian driver's licence or passport and be employed (full-time) earning at least $600 each week.

How long until I receive the Cash Boost after requesting it?

Within minutes cash will appear in your bank account. Our system is always online, so If your bank is having any issues it may take longer than expected. Please email support@today-pay.com.au if your cash has not arrived.

How do I repay the cash?

There are two ways to pay us back.

  1. You press the “pay now” button and follow the instructions for immediate payment.

  2. The money is direct debited from your bank account on your verified payday.

We strongly advise you to pay early, otherwise please ensure you have funds in your account for the direct debit. If you're unable to meet your obligations on the due date, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@today-pay.com.au to avoid being sent to a debt collection agency. Once we have received payment you can use Cash Boost the next day

Can I repay early?

Yes, you can. Just click on “Pay Now” in your account and follow the prompts to complete the manual repayment. We advise you to repay the amount as soon as possible in case there are any issues with your direct debit payment.

Can I increase my Cash Boost limit?

The higher your weekly income the higher your limit! There are 3 Cash Boosts: $100, $150 or $200

Can TodayPay see my bank account login details?

At TodayPay privacy and security are very important. We do not store and cannot see your bank account login details

What happens if I don’t pay TodayPay back?

We are always here to help you.
If you're unable to meet your obligations on the due date, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@today-pay.com.au to avoid being sent to a debt collection agency. We will also direct debit your account on the due date which may cost you a dishonour fee. On your next payday from the due date, if you haven’t contacted us and we have not received the money back, you will no longer be dealing with TodayPay and will be pursued by a debt collection agency.

What do I do if the automatic payment fails?

We will send an email and SMS letting you know an automatic payment has failed. This will include a helpful payment link which you can use to make immediate payment. You can also use the “Pay Now” button in the app.
If you're worried you won't be able to make a payment, email us at support@today-pay.com.au to avoid being sent to a debt collection agency.

Why can’t I Cash Boost?

If your financial situation has changed you may no longer meet our requirements to give you cash. If your repayment is still pending you will not have access to Cash Boost until it is paid. Once your repayment is successfully processed, you can use Cash Boost the next day!

Why is my payment pending?

Your repayment is currently processing. It can take up to 2 business days for funds to clear with the automated direct debit process.
In future, If you use the "Pay Now" button in the App to repay early, funds will clear instantly and you will have access to Cash Boost the next day

My bank does not appear on the list?

If your bank does not appear on the list it may be because of a connection issue or your bank does not provide connectivity. In the case of a connectivity issue please try again in 15 minutes

I can’t log into my account. What should I do?

If you can’t login to your account, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps to reset it. If you continue having issues, please contact support@today-pay.com.au.

Why would I be declined?

There could be a few reasons why.

  1. Your bank account has very little history

  2. Irregular or infrequent pay schedules

  3. Direct debit dishonours from other companies

  4. Minimum income requirements are not met

  5. You have a joint account with another TodayPay user

  6. Your salary is being paid into a savings account (we require a transaction account).

  7. Other bank restrictions

Does TodayPay do a credit Check?

No, we don't have any annoying credit checks. Our technology will scan your banking details and verify your identity to provide you with an eligibility for cash.

I can’t see the “Pay Now” button. How do I repay?

If you can’t see the “Pay Now” button we have started the direct debit process! During the direct debit process, a manual repayment is not available. It can take up to 2 business days for the repayment to clear.
Please ensure funds are in your account to avoid a failed payment.

Can I enter into a Payment Plan?

For small amounts like this we advise making full payment using the “Pay Now” function. If you wish to enter into a Payment Plan, please contact support@today-pay.com.au.

Why did my repayment fail?

At the time our payment system started, there were insufficient funds in your account. If you are using the “Pay Now” function and it fails please contact support@today-pay.com.au.
If you do not repay by your next payday you will no longer be dealing with TodayPay and will be pursued by a debt collection agency which may affect your credit rating

Can I reschedule my repayment?

If you're unable to meet your obligations on the due date, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@today-pay.com.au to avoid being sent to a debt collection agency.

Can I change my Bank Account?

If you need to update your bank details please contact support@today-pay.com.au

How do I verify my ID?

You will need to verify your identity before you can request a Cash Boost.

  1. To begin the verification, just click on a Cash Boost amount that you'd like to request.

  2. Confirm the eligibility requirements and click on the "Confirm and Continue" button.

  3. Click on the "Verify now " button

  4. Choose the form of ID you would like to use to verify your identity and take a photo of it. (Note: TodayPay only accepts Australian driver's licence and passport). Click on the "Upload" button to upload the photo.

  5. Take a Selfie and upload it. (Please take a photo of your face only and do not wear any sunglasses or headwear when taking a selfie.)

  6. You will be automatically redirected to the next step after uploading a selfie.

  7. Confirm your Address by entering your City, Address and Postcode into the required field and click on the "Confirm button.

How do I Validate my Debit Card?

Add your Debit Card info into the required fields and click on the "Confirm" button.

  1. A small amount under a $1 range will be temporarily debited from your account and will be refunded afterwards.

  2. Log in to your online banking account or check your bank statements to confirm this debited amount.

  3. Enter the amount you see on your bank statements into the required field in order to confirm Card Ownership.

  4. Once complete, click on the "Submit" button. (Note: If you enter the wrong amount 3 times, the process will be blocked for 24h. After 24h you will need to repeat this process and a new amount will be debited).

Can I delete my TodayPay account?

Sorry to hear you’re leaving. Yes you can cancel your account at anytime as long as you don’t have any outstanding debts. To cancel please e-mail Support@today-pay.com.au
